No refund will be provided upon registration and successful payment. Upon cancellation of the event by the organizer, or the event is cancelled due to any of the following circumstances, e.g., yellow, red, black rainstorm warning, typhoon signal No. 3 or above, the arrangement for souvenir distribution will be further announced. All rights reserved by the organizer. All relevant ticketing fees or services fees paid during the booking transaction including but not limited to the Delivery Fee, the Customer Service Fee and the handling /Administration Fee are non-refundable under whatever circumstances.
